Hey Guys!! That kit is all pieces cut out then seam welded together. We use a seam welding process to create our drums. The old vistalites used a process where the seam is put together with another piece of acrylic over the seam. The difference is miles apart from the old way of doing things and that is part of what gives RCI drums their sound. We supply shells for many companies out there today. So if you have seen the following acrylic drums your really seeing a RCI drum set. OCDP,C&C,DW,GMS,Rockett Drumworks,Shine,Truth,Premier,Medicine Man,Canopus,Risen,Pacific,SJC and many others. If you are interested in knowing more drop me a line! pearljrc@hotmail.com Another note the American Flag kit is a $12,000 dollar kit and the one that went to Nashville is still for sale at much reduced price. Custom made from scratch. A killer kit for sure!! JC
